Being a working mom comes with a lot of responsibility to both your career and your family, which is sometimes extremely hard to balance. I am so fortunate to work at pep because the importance of work/life balance is understood. There are other working mom’s like me to have as a support system. When a child is sick I can be flexible to take care of them. I work hard, but at the end of the day, I can go home and spend time with my kids, while also having the career I want.
