Ben Seinen has been a part of pep since its inception in 2004 and currently serves as CEO. He has held a multitude of positions at pep including P&G Account Director and Vice President of Client Services, leading the client services and procurement team located across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Mexico and Panama. Most recently, Ben served as Chief Operations Officer.

Prior to joining pep, he was part of the Client Services leadership team at Valassis. Ben has degrees in Mathematics and Religion from Kalamazoo College. Ben and his wife Nicole have two children; Ava and Drew. Ben is an avid runner and enjoys traveling and spending time with his family

Leah Schaefer currently leads our U.S. Talent team. Leah began her career with pep in November of 2004 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a BFA in Electronic Media & a Minor in Journalism. Leah moved her way through Client Services starting out on the Procter and Gamble account, starting up Latin America operations and eventually leading about half of the Client Services organization. A native of the Cincinnati area, Leah and her husband Shaun have three little girls and outside of work, Leah enjoys traveling and trying out new restaurants and recipes.

Susan Goodyear has been a part of pep since its inception in 2004 serving as a member of their Board of Directors. Susan joined the pep team in 2016 as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. In this position, Susan is responsible for providing strategic leadership and leading the sales and marketing efforts for the company.

Prior to joining pep, she held several different roles within Valassis including SVP of Strategic Accounts for the Consumer-Packaged Goods and Grocery Drug and Mass verticals. Susan graduated from St. Lawrence University and has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience. Susan has two children, son Nick and daughter Alex and outside of work she enjoys travel, the outdoors and loves to climb mountains.

Tim Drost currently serves as EVP, Commercial Operations at pep. Tim has been with pep since 2004 and is responsible for pep’s sourcing operations and overall supplier relationships. Tim and his team’s focus is developing impactful supplier engagements that deliver exceptional value to pep’s clients based on measurable supplier performance metrics. A graduate of Ohio University and Cleveland native, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife and three children.

Stephanie Bell currently serves as the Sr. Vice President of Finance for pep, overseeing all support services, and has been with the company since July 8, 2011. Prior to joining pep she served as a Certified Public Accountant performing auditing, tax and forensic accounting services. Stephanie has a bachelor’s degree from Northern Kentucky University and has her CPA license in Ohio and Kentucky. Stephanie and her husband Jordan have three children; Max, Olivia and Madelyn. She enjoys playing with her children, traveling, camping, rappelling and watching NFL football!

Cherie Beach currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Client Strategy at pep. In this role, Cherie is responsible for leading the partnership and client services organization for several key accounts. She is also responsible for providing thought leadership to drive pep's digital, eCommerce and strategic planning capabilities and new business.

Cherie joined pep in 2020 and brings over 20 years of experience building integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for companies like Kraft Heinz, PepsiCo and Bayer. She is a Dartmouth College graduate and resides in NY with her husband, Cory, and their two sons. She loves to travel, cook, practice yoga and spend time with her family.

Adrienne Stewart currently serves as Sr. Vice President of Client Operations and ensures the right vision and strategies are in place to effectively deliver our clients' marketing campaigns. Adrienne has been with the company since its inception in 2004. With 14+ years of experience servicing key client accounts, she understands the importance of excellent sourcing and campaign management. Adrienne is Six Sigma certified, has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati and spent time studying abroad in Nantes, France. Adrienne and her husband Rob have three children; Dominic, AJ, and Ella. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family.  

Doug Lenos currently serves as VP, Technology and has been with the company since October 2012. Prior to joining pep, Doug was Vice President of Digital Marketing at BRC Marketing in Dayton, OH, responsible for online web content for BRC clients, Cintas and Teradata. Cintas.com was awarded B2B Magazine’s Top 10 B2B websites of the year in 2007. In his last position prior to joining pep, Doug was a Principle at a Dayton, OH based web development company and served as the Chief Architect for pepConnect 3.0. After delivering pepConnect 3.0, Doug was offered a position to head up pep‘s networking and software development services. He is a graduate of Miami University, Oxford. Doug and his wife, Lisa, have three children; Ben, Allison and Rebekah.

Steve Wilson has been with pep since 2012 as a key member of the Display Sourcing team. He is responsible for setting and executing display strategies and developing supplier relationships in North America. Steve led pep’s Latin American Sourcing teams for two years. In his current role as Category Sourcing Manager, Steve is responsible for working across spend areas to implement improvements and drive efficiencies, as well as to develop new Display capabilities for pep and our clients.

Prior to working at pep, Steve spent 15 years at Valassis at Client Services Manager and Director, including a 4-year assignment in Europe to build supplier networks in support of multiple new product offerings. Steve graduated from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI with a Business Administration major and Logistics minor. He lives in Milwaukee with his wife and 2 children where he enjoys traveling, golf and spending time with his family.
